He got his triple axel back; actually it was not only the comeback. It looked like just doubles. He made such HUGE jumps and they were so effortless. Where did you find those jumps within a month?
I was pretty relieved after watching his performances in the Canadian national championships. Especially because I watched him in the last year's GPF on live and severely realized his struggling with the 3A. I felt a kind of guilty for him because he came to my country and went back with the bad result - it is a hard experience for a fan. Finally I can ease my burden.
His short program was just PHENOMENAL and his free was great even though he missed his 3F3T combo and had some falters here and there(really small things, though!). But I felt sorry a bit because some of the moves which I LOVED were excluded, including the body stretch with forward skating just before the 3Loop. Anyway they are the skaters and the choreographer's choices so I am not to blame or complain. I just wanted to say I loved that movement.

Now finally Patrick is able to have one or two day's rest before the 4CC! I really wish him HUGE LUCK in the remaining season. Cannot wait for the 4CC and worlds!

Now it's Euros and US national week. I can watch those competitions in more relaxed mood. HAHAHAHA Let's Enjoy!
